We are following these safety guidelines as prescribed by WHO and WCPT:
1. Installed Handwash and Handsanitization counters at the front gate
2. Thermal screening of all patients everyday
3. Use of fully protective gear by therapists during treatment of patients
4. Compulsory masks for patients during treatment session
5. Complete sanitization of clinic everyday
6. Sanitization of machines and use of disposable bedsheets after every treatment session

Senior Physiotherapist
Dr. Ajit Kumar is the founder and senior physiotherapist at Pain and Physiotherapy Clinic. He has been working in this field for over 26 years and has gained great amount of experience. Apart from working for his clinic, he is also the President of The Indian Association of Physiotherapists, Jharkhand Branch and has been spreading awareness regarding this field of medicine to the people of the state and elsewhere.

Dr. Shubhangi Kharate
Physiotherapist
Dr Shubhangi Kharate is a Paediatric Physiotherapist in Ranchi and has an experience of 10 years in this field. Currently, she practices at Pain and Physiotherapy Clinic. Experienced in treating children with Cerebral Palsy, Hemiplegia, DMD, SMA, CMA, Developmental Delays, Genetic Syndromes, kids having sensory issues, processing problems and learning disabilities.
She completed her BPT from College of Physiotherapy, Chaitanya Medical Foundation, Nigdi, Pune in 2009. She has also completed an NDT/C course in 2017.
